What is the return policy?
- Due to the swimwear's made-to-order nature, all items are final sale.
- In the event an item is faulty, please use the contact form below to get in touch. If your return is accepted, you will be e-mailed a return label and instructions.
- Salt Crystal Bikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
When will I get my order?
- All swimwear is individually handmade and made-to-order. Production will begin as soon as possible once your order is received, and should take between 3-4 weeks in total to get to you (including shipping time!) Upon purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation, and a tracking number will be e-mailed to you as soon as your order ships.
Sustainability
All pieces are individually made by hand in San Francisco, CA using eco-friendly fabrics (Oeko-Tex 100 certified & biodegradable). Packaging is biodegradable and made from 100% recycled paper fibers. The made-to-order + small batch nature of the swimwear keeps waste at a minimum.
Care Instructions
Rinse well in cold water after use, hand wash with mild detergent, and lay flat to dry away from direct sunlight. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive surfaces.
