Refund policy

• Due to the swimwear's made-to-order nature, all items are final sale.
• In the event an item is faulty, please use the contact form to get in touch-- please note that the defect must be reported with photos within 5 days of receiving the item, and the item must be in the same condition you received it, (unworn and unused with tags attached). If your return is accepted, you will be e-mailed a return label and instructions.
• Salt Crystal Bikinis is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
